About Kristijan (Kris) Gligoroski

Kristijan Gligoroski is a Business Architect and Joint Venture Expert who specializes in solving one specific problem: Business owners working too hard for what others already have: clients, assets, access to audiences and markets, processes, and more.

As the founder of JVDealMaking.com, Kris is the strategist called upon by 7, 8, and 9-figure operators when they realize that working harder is no longer the solution to scale. He moves businesses away from fragile, single-source marketing and toward a Power Parthenon of high-leverage growth pillars.

The Realization of the Logic Error

Kris mastered the "hustle" early, generating substantial amounts in his first year of direct-response consulting and copywriting while studying in Barcelona. But while others saw success, Kris saw a logic error. He realized that labor-based growth is slow, expensive, and fragile. This led to a career-defining pivot: Stop building from scratch and start borrowing what is already built.

A Laboratory of Innovation: The Optimism Show

Kris views business as a system of integrated vectors. Changing one thing has an impact on other things.

For 2 years, he ran a media company (The Optimism Show) where he interviewed over 60 blockchain founders, media innovators, and decentralized organization leaders.

On one side, this was where he really understood how partnerships on distribution could have an exponential impact on businesses.

But this wasn't just a media venture; it was a laboratory where he mastered a deep tech stack, including n8n, Airtable, Apify, and HeyGen, to reimagine operational workflows from the ground up.

The Path to Geometric Growth Across Industries

Searching for higher leverage, Kris transitioned into Consulting for Equity, securing significant ownership stakes (25% to 33%) in a top sales consultancy serving commercial flooring companies, and the #1 CRO (Conversation Rate Optimisation) Agency for health brands in Canada.

He has successfully navigated and scaled businesses across vastly different sectors:

Re-engineered the sales machine for a firm generating $130M+ in annual revenue, slashing the training-to-performance cycle from 12 months to 90 days.

Then, without spending a dollar on ads, Kris secured endorsed access to the two largest commercial flooring buying groups in the U.S., granting his partners instant market dominance.

To training the sales & partnership teams of corporate giants such as Flywire.

To-date, he has brought innovation and growth in over 18+ industries, including:

  • B2B SaaS

  • Media (Podcasting, Newsletters, Online Portals, News Websites, Magazines)

Global Perspective & Elite Frameworks

Educated at EU Business School alongside the heirs of global family dynasties across Europe (DACH Region, Western and Eastern Europe), South America, MENA Region (Arabic-speaking countries), Central & South-East Asia, and Africa.

Kris is a polyglot fluent in Macedonian, English, Spanish, Serbian, and Bulgarian, with a deep understanding of Italian and Russian.

This cultural fluency allows him to bridge enterprises with untapped networks in various parts of the world. Allowing for efficient and swift market expansion.

In his personal life, he enjoys doing various things.

He is a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate which helped him understand the importance of discipline and perseverance. He also has years of experience in other martial arts, including Kick-boxing, Muay-thai, Boxing, and BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).

For a few years, he also competed in canoe sprint, but nowadays he slightly moved away from fighting and enjoys dancing Bachata.

Growing up with architects and interior designers, gave him a sense of aesthetics and system thinking. Which early on prompted him to take art as a hobby as well.

Nowadays, he spends most time around the Mediterranean and the Balkans, with a home base in Macedonia.

On top of life experience, his methodologies are anchored in the frameworks of the world's top deal-makers and his mentors: Sohail Khan, Roland Frasier, and Jay Abraham.

Kris identifies that there are only three main ways to grow any business: increasing customers, transaction value, and repurchase frequency - and he uses Joint Ventures and Strategic Partnerships to optimize all three simultaneously to achieve geometrical growth.

Key Strategic Learnings

Kris’s methodology is defined by the core principle that scale is a logic problem, not an effort problem.

His key insights build on:

  • The Power of the Bridge:

  • Speed as an Engine: Even with standard pricing, superior speed in service delivery yields exponentially higher margins.

  • Asset Reclamation: He identifies the "Hidden Gold" within a company, unconverted leads, dormant lists, intellectual property, and turns these assets/liabilities into pure-margin cash flow.

Engagements are strictly by application, focusing exclusively on businesses where a 10x leverage opportunity is clearly visible.Bullet List 1
